What is included
Seasonal system care
- Spring cooling visit: thermostat, electrical components, capacitor and contactor, condenser coil, drain and safety controls, blower, accessible indoor components, filter inspection, operation and temperature performance.
- Fall heating visit: thermostat, electrical and heating components, blower, safety controls, applicable condensate and drain system, filter inspection and heating operation.
- Maintenance documentation after each visit and clear recommendations before additional work.

Important terms
Know what is separate from the plan
Parts, filters, refrigerant, leak repairs, major repairs, equipment or component replacement, duct services, indoor-air-quality equipment, permits and governmental fees are not included. Damage caused by neglect, misuse, storms, power surges, animals or other outside conditions is also excluded.
The agreement lasts 12 months and is $199 per covered HVAC system. Visits must be scheduled in advance. The plan does not guarantee that a system will not fail or require repairs.
The 10% repair-labor discount does not apply to the Monthly Filter Replacement Plan, filters, trip charges, after-hours charges, equipment, materials or other excluded services.

Combine maintenance with year-round filter replacement
Customers enrolled in both the VIP Comfort Plan and the Monthly Filter Replacement Plan receive 12 filter replacements during the 12-month term. Two replacements are completed during the two preventive-maintenance visits, leaving 10 separate monthly filter-route visits.
The monthly filter-plan price remains unchanged. Filters are billed separately, and no maintenance-plan or other discount applies.
